Great small family owned rv park. Very quiet and easy access to I16. The owner greeted us and was very friendly. Would stay again, can't beat the price.

We stopped here for two nights and loved it. Big spaces and level. The WiFi worked great and there were plenty of antenna tv stations. There was no traffic noise at night and although near a train track we heard nothing at night. The park is very new and is in great shape.

A nice park for only being a year old. Owner was super nice. Nice trail around pond and owner is working on a longer trail through the property. We stayed here because we wanted to support the owner and his vision for a new RV park. We stayed 5 nights and hope to go back to watch the vision grow. We want to encourage all RVers to support new parks.

We stayed here for a week in late October. Really enjoyed our time here. Quite, clean, and the owner is a great guy! The views of the night sky were amazing!!

Greeted by the owner when we pulled in and he was so nice and made it so easy for us! Great pull-thru site for our 37 foot rig. Quiet, clean, and cordial. We will stay here again and count ourselves very fortunate for stumbling onto this amazing spot!! Thank you, Ben and Molly, for a wonderful time and wish you both success in the future 👍
