Very quiet. Nice folks own this place. Site 10 faced the water. Watching the pelicans. Convenient to I 10. Did not use bathroom or laundry.

A very nice clean campground with easy access from route 10! Thank you for the friendly service and the suggestions for our ride and the fabulous restaurant! Sorry I didn't bring my bean soup back to sell it to you....it was so Good!!

Avalon Landing RV Park, FL is just off Route 10 with two bars Internet and a few local TV channels. It’s right along a waterway and very scenic. Bathrooms could stand to be upgraded. ****

Nice RV park very close to I 10, so convenient. Nice pull through pad with all hook ups. If in the are again will definitely stay here.
