My husband and I loved this RV park . We had planned on being at then park one day earlier until we had trouble with our slide that would not retract. Had to spend an extra 1 1/2 days in New Orleans and when we called John to cancel he was most gracious. Told us to come the next day . Thank you … this park is so clean and the laundry and showers are beautiful . The lamp posts and a cute touch. The store next to the park is so convenient. We never met John but his grandson , Alex seemed very proud of his grandfather’s park. If we are ever through this way again we will definitely stop and will highly recommend it to others.

What an EXQUISITE, clean, well-appointed RV park! My husband and I have traveled quite a bit and were overjoyed to find Blue Heron RV Park. Easy on and off I-10, level concrete pads, street lights, huge laundry facilities and wonderful showers; and the owner is a gem. Wish I could rate this place even higher than 5 stars!

Great overnight stop. Friendly staff, clean and quiet, except for train in the distance which didn't bother me. Would definitely stay again.

Just wish you had a place for a nice fire outside but I totally understand, most people like myself, just stop for a night or two, very nice park, super friendly staff and the folks who stay there every year are super friendly and speak highly of Johnny the owner...we had the pleasure of meeting his grandson I believe it is super young man and very pleasant to deal with and accommodated us on our trip to Texas.

We found this little jewel a couple of years ago and try to stay here every time we travel I-10. It’s easy off and on the interstate, quiet and clean. It’s gaining popularity so book early, returning guests get priority. The owners are very nice and helpful. Pull-through pads are completely concrete and level and have cute little lampposts. A little grocery store is next door.
