All the staff we talked to were very helpful and polite. The grounds were well kept. It's not super fancy (neither is our rig) but if you get the right spot you may be in for some sweet views. Our neighbors were nice and over all it was a quiet and peacful experience. Will return, would recommend.

We stayed here for two weeks - Dec. 2021 thru Jan. 2022. First off let me say we were skeptical about this campground based on some of the previous reviews, but was willing to give it a chance due to the location (perfectly between families homes that live in the area). This RV resort is absolutely breathtaking. We stayed here for two weeks and still did not get a chance to see it all. The hiking trails, the beautiful park, lake & the amazing views of the mountains and city will have you not wanting to leave. We stayed in site E-27 and will only stay in this site going forward. It’s perfectly positioned with views of the mountains and just enough space between neighboring camping sites. The security and grounds employees are exceptionally nice and even the residents who live here full time. We’ve visited many campgrounds in AZ & CA and this one is by far the best, we can’t wait to return. The resort is perfectly quiet in the evenings but never harassed us about hanging out past 10pm. We decided to extend our stay 3 more days mid trip and the resort staff were extremely helpful and accommodating for us to not have to move sites. The resort even reimbursed us more than we were expecting after they made an error on our additional charges for extending our stay. Not a perfect 5 stars due to the communication of the office staff is a bit short. Their communication style is professional but unclear at times and you feel rushed when you call them about things such as extending your stay and propane cost & delivery. Overall 4.5 Stars and a beautiful, clean, relaxing and enjoyable stay.

This campground is absolutely beautiful. We were greeted at the check in by an awesome gentleman and our space had breathtaking views. Snowy mountain tops and a view of the water just made us feel very lucky to see such amazing things. We truly felt like we were staying at a high end RV resort due to the condition of the grounds. They are not only maintained but there is plenty of nice green grass areas. Plus the spaces are not close at all which gives you a private feeling. First time trip here and we are definitely coming back. Very close to raging waters so a summer trip would be incredible.

A friend of mine stays here frequently therefore I do get to enjoy the premises whenever I visit him. It is a very green and clean campground. you do have sewer and power connections and that is a great plus. Depending on the lot you get, the views can be really beautiful and majestic. There is a small airplane airport nearby of which small planes take off towards the end of the day and that might be a nuisance for some but never bothered perconally.

Large campground and very spacious sites. We had more than enough space between sites (Area B). Lovely lake and walking trails. The only negative thing I feel would be that there is no fenced in dog area to let my pooch off his leash. There’s plenty of space to walk but no where to play fetch.
