Close to Camden and Rockland, Maine, makes this campground convenient to people who want to play in the area. Showers were not very private, but were clean. There is a nice swimming pool when there in season. There is a sign-up calendar in the laundry room to use washers, that I felt a first-come/first-serve policy would have been better for those who are only staying overnight.

Friendly staff, super quiet. This was its one redeeming asset. However sites in our row were tiny, I mean really tight. We have 26 ft MH and couldn't open our awning. Huge MHs were on sites so small that once all their slides were out, they almost touched the next RV. Road was narrow and it was a struggle for some to back into their sites. There are pine trees that provide shade. Bathrooms were clean but small. Didnt use any amenities such as the pool. Other parts of the campground may have larger sites but not in our section. We would stay again for 1-2 nites but not for extended stay because of the cramped sites.

We have just pulled out after a 9 day stay. We had a 34ft Class A, pulling a 14ft trailer with our motorcycles. They have a variety of sites and they were helpful and booked us into a pull thru that was perfect for our rig. Checkin went smooth. The pool and new pickle ball court are well maintained along with the grounds. This was a pleasant well run park. Quiet and clean. We felt right at home. The office, bathrooms and showers are a bit older but nicely painted and well maintained. We didn't experience any major power issues and part of our stay was during a tropical storm. They do not have cable and this geographic area is notorious for poor antenna service for TV or radio due to the surrounding hills and distance to towers. They offer wifi where the first hour is free but it is a pay service after that - we were able to watch TV with reasonably good quality. Overall the camp attracts good folks who respect the rules and there are several couples who work the grounds and office - they were all helpful and friendly. We had an excellent time and plan to return in the years to come. Happy Camping!

BEAUTIFUL!!!! COZY!!!!! The staff are very helpful, and so friendly that they felt immediately like old friends!!! We are extremely pleased!!! We chose the campground because of the website and the reviews! I have to say, it's so much more than we even expected!!!

My husband and I stayed for the entire 2020 season in a class A motor home. If you are looking for a campground that is peace full and quiet this is the place. The owners are hands on great people. There is a pool that is meticulously maintained and great for families with children. The camp workers, Steve, Heather, Jay and Noreen were friendly, upbeat, and hard workers. The area has much to offer and this part of Maine is awesome. We will definitely be back for the 2021 season.
