Very good, mellow feel here. Ask the manager about the story behind the name. It's a surprising one.. Almost all back in sites. I was there at the end of October for 4 nights. Many were seasonal or long term renters. Well kept & did not have the junky feel of many parks with long term residents. Would definitely stay there again.

So far so good. Been here for a week on a long term stay. Everybody has been nice to deal with.
