The campsite is situated in a heavily trafficked area with trucks and ATVs barreling by at all hours. They all bang on the bridge every 30 seconds. I had a reservation for 2 nights and only stayed one. Just slept in my car on a random forest road the 2nd night, it was that bad that I would rather sleep in my car. Generator right next to me when I'm trying to sleep past quiet time so I had to move all my stuff to a first come site and wrote a note to the host. Hopefully I don't get charged for moving spots.

The campground was clean but the hosts are what earned this place a 1 star. If I could give it a zero I would just because of the host. The very first day we got there we parked wrong and he came knocking and told us we were parked wrong. No problem we will move. After I told him no problem we would move and we were sorry he continued to go off on me that if our camper was still in that spot in 10 min we would be getting a ticket. Umm I already told you we were sorry and would move. We stayed for an entire week went to the park every day leaving at around 7 am and not getting back until 11pm and then going straight to bed. We came back at 11 our last night to find a note stick to our camper door telling us the quiet hours and to make sure our generator was off by 10. We never used our generator that night and the night before was the only night we had used it and it was off by 945. So why the note? They were very rude and seemed like they had a superiority complex. We camp at a lot of camp grounds and this was by far the worst. We will not be going back.

Very clean campground with great spots for tents. If there was an award for best smelling vault toilets I would give it to this campground. Plenty of bear boxes too.

Love it. We got a spot right next to the river for our camper. A bit windy and no shade but other than that great. They have basic sites for RV with easy access to water, trash bins and restrooms, nothing else. Well maintained and clean. It's about 20 miles for West Yellowstone entrance.
