One of the prettiest locations we have stayed. Long unobstructed views across the bay. Miscou Island, Lameque Island, and the Acadian Peninsula can easily be explored from here. If you are in the area the Village Historique Acadien is a must visit. The bay attracts many wind and kite surfers. The campground is full service (20/30/50 amp, water, and sewer. Most sites are cement which is very nice. Paved roads. Big rig friendly may be an overstatement, but can easily handle rigs up 40 feet. Reservations recommended it is a popular campground with many people returning year after year. The staff is very friendly and helpful. WiFi available and worked well. I could not get a satellite to lock with Dish. I don't believe many Americans make it up here. The predominant language in the area is French. The Acadian's are proud French Canadian's. Come prepared with Google Translate - we visited restaurants that did not have English menus. Don't be hesitant about visiting, everyone was very nice and helpful. A great immersive experience.

I think it is the most well maintained and clean camp side I ever visited with It has a wonderful view of the bay and lovely walks on the beach. Only small down point is the internet is through satellite and very intermittent but overall a 5 plus!

Most beautiful campground on the sea. Lots of clamming to be done at low tide. All facilities are A+ clean and brand new. Your host is tge friendliest and most accommodating person I have ever met. She bakes her own goods- fresh bread, bakes beans, spaghetti sauce and her specialty clam pie. There are cement pads for your trailers or rigs and nice tent sites with every site looking over at the sea with spectacular sunsets. There is a playpark for tge kids and a paying pool (did not inquire into the cost). It is dog friendly, but must be leashed. You cannot bring your own wood, but wood is 6$ and you have a good amount plus kindling. We have returned twice now and will continue to return over again.

Great campsite, mostly cement pads with some grassy pads also. Awesome swimming pool. Weak wifi except near antenna and clubhouse. Get your nice homemade goodies here: bread, beans, clam pie, sweets galore, etc. Clam fishing right from campsite. Bass fishing nearby. Nice and windy so most of the time no mosquitoes and the dreaded horseflies.
