Nice quiet grounds and trails to visit to Lake. Will stay again if in the area.

Great place, friendly workers. Good sized spaces. Some highway noise. No cable but lots of OTA channels. Water pressure a little low but doable. Nice catch and release pond.

We reserved for 1 night at this campground for our trip home from Texas. Our truck broke down 3 days ago just north of Corpus Christi and was towed to a dealership for repair. Fortunately our trailer was also towed to a nearby campground. We have been informed by the dealership that parts are not available to fix our truck due to the supply shortage in this country. We are looking at several weeks at best, and possibly months. Not only are we stranded here without transportation, but we are faced with repair costs and the additional cost of this temporary campground. Would this KOA refund our money for the 1 night? No. It’s “policy.” I would think these extenuating circumstances would have prompted a refund. We are extremely disappointed and will go out of our way to avoid KOA parks in the future.

This was such a fun place to stay. We had a few questions and even though it was a holiday the camp hosts called us back. We stayed in a tent site. Plenty of grass for the dog to explore. The showers were hot which is always appreciated and bathrooms open 24/7. The laundry was also open and not busy, unfortunately there wasn't a change machine inside so we weren't able to do laundry. There is a catch and release pond, K9 dog area, and even a walk to the beach/lake! Our favorite part was visiting all the animals they have on site: cows, miniature horses, donkeys, ducks, chickens, etc!

This is by far the best KOA I have stayed at. Easy in and out with a big rig. Beautiful trees and a walk to the lake with a big Beach(this time of year). 31Oct. It looks like the lake goes up and might lose some of the beach in summer. I highly recommend this place. Friendly staff and very clean.
