Clerbrook is far and away the best of the three Encore Resorts have visited. It is massive, broken pit into neighborhoods each with it own pool, shower house, laundry room and recreation area all flanking the golf course. There is a playground, dog park, library, fitness center, softball field and the golf course and pro shop. They also have a propane fill station and several of the neighborhood common areas have happy hours, ice cream socials and limited hour restaurants. No large scale recycling that I could find. Everything is fairly well maintained and clean although older, people are very friendly and it feels safe and fairly quiet excluding some road noise. It’s still a trailer park and many of the sites are out in the open sun or, in areas, tightly packed with larger rigs. It’s also an hour/hour and a half from everything with the exception to Clermont that is 20 minutes down the road. We used this campground as a launching spot to visit central Florida springs and it was just too much driving for us. Clermont and the vineyard nearly next door were pleasant highlights of our stay in the areas. Our biggest gripe was the water quality, it wreaked of chlorine. I consume roughly one gallon of water per day and normally I’m not particularly sensitive to it’s taste but this was not drinkable, tasted like bleach. So stock up on fresh water before you arrive.

Large resort, 1250 sites. Our campsite was in the Veranda section, downwind from the water treatment. Stunk of sewage our entire stay. They were out of laundry cards for the first 3 days of our stay. Leaving in morning and looking forward to pulling out of here

Good to play golf! The RV spot is not concreted. I think this park is for older people. There are many events for them. And I didn't like the gossip girls at the reception. But the park is nice! I recommend!

Rented one of the mobile homes for couple of days and had a very enjoyable stay. The place is a gem! It’s peaceful and beautiful and there are tons of activities to be involved in if you’re staying longer. The mobile home itself was super clean and had a great kitchen. Staff was awesome as well.

It's s really nice open park. The spaces are roomy. If you like golf it has it's own golf course. Lots of cranes roam the park. Cool. We will go back.
