This is NOT an RV Park. It is a mobile home park. No camping accommodations. Condition about a 2.5 out of 5. Playground overgrown, other sites also overgrown/cluttered at times, vacant properties sitting for many years. No other amenities. You own the mobile, not the property, yet still pay taxes on top of your lot fee. Not entitled to tax rebate either. Large wood pile in back, as well as overgrown grass/ cluttered properties is a real haven for mice, and a fire hazard. Park managers are also hard to deal with at times, not wanting to help when needed, and are a real problem with gossip. Roads need a lot of care, with recurring pot holes and water sitting in lots and road. If you can get past all this, you wake up to a wonderful aroma from the cheese factory almost daily, as well as cows, etc. Cheap lot fees, little maintenance. You get what you pay for.
