Simply a wonderful campground. Stayed on site J13. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The washrooms are immaculate. Morehead is close is you need anything. Will definitely be back next season.

This was a beautiful campground, very well maintained, and clean. The campsites are spacious with nice fire pits and picnic tables. The tent area is crushed gravel for a nice flat area with no mud being tracked everywhere. The bathrooms/shower houses were cleaned often. Bear proof dumpsters were within walking distance. The only downside were the rules about generators. You can only run them a max two hours during a short period. Ours was not loud at all and in fact not as loud as an RV air conditioning unit next to us that ran constantly. If generators aren't allowed then AC units shouldn't be either.

Camp ground was nice. Lost a star because of all the trash along the shoreline.
