Lived in this area for over 30 years and never knew this place existed. Worth your time to check it out. Stayed there in our RV in Feb and pretty much had the entire RV (With Hook ups) to ourselves. Saw a Bobcat up close, about 15 Deer sightings and a lot of wild turkeys

The campground is nice. Lake is easily accessible. Restrooms don't have the soap dispenser.

My favorite camp ground in east bay. There is a creek right next to the camp sites. I stayed at 38 and 40 in the past. My favorite camp sites. They have showers as well.

This was my family’s first camping ⛺ trip. We went with our family friends. It was wonderful experience. Although we do not get signals for the phone 📱( no cell towers). The kids enjoyed it a lot. We recommend taking scooters or bikes as the kids had a lot of fun riding them. The roads are pretty smooth If you want to skate. We went hiking but the trail was a bit narrow and there were a lot of mosquitos, we also read warnings about mountain lions and rattle snakes, but if you like adventures then the trail here is pretty good. The campsite was pretty spacious but there were lots of mosquitoes after 7 in the evening but After 10pm the mosquitoes were gone due to the breeze. The bathrooms were well maintained and got cleaned everyday. There were showers as well but the camp had curfew at 10 pm so they turned off the shower and bathroom lights after 10 pm. There was a lake Nearby and The kids swam in the lake. There is a store and a gift shop at the entrance of the campsite and we can buy the general stuff we need like ice for our cooler. Overall we had a lot of fun and we suggest this place if you want to go camping.

DON't GO CAMPING HERE OR YOU WILL REGRET. I haven't seem that much mosquitoes even when the sun still shine. Hundreds of mosquitoes are ready to attack you anytime you get off your car. We have to leave immediately and go home. No one can survive a night with that much mosquitoes.
