Saw a review that compared signing up for this rv park as to signing up to purchase a house...TRUE STORY!!!!! We brought in all the correct paperwork and checked out the spot we would possibly have...signed all the paperwork with the final test of how much our dog weighed....and yes....we FLUNKED the test! OUR DOG IS FOUR POUNDS TOO FAT!!! (Please don't tell him..it embarrasses him!) We were already 20 min early for appointment and waited outside until door was unlocked. BTW... 10 year on rvs rule is questioable...we saw older stuff already in rv park as to where all of our stuff is 5yrs or newer. I lost my patience before my husband and told gal to shred our paperwork and we left. We were tired at that point. We left in disgust.

I tried to get a spot here for my rv, they wanted my rv registration and license plate. I just had registered it a week earlier and I had a temperary license plate on it, the dmv mails you the real plate. They wouldn't accept it. They couldn't care less that there was nowhere else in town I could go...

The mobile home estate is always immaculate. All the residents seem to be friendly and they all get along with each other. Every time I go there I can always smell the sweet Aroma of barbecue :-)

I travel quite a bit and need places to stay with my RV. I am in this area frequently but the RV park said they only do monthly stays. It would be really nice if I could stay somewhere nice for the days that I am in the area.

Visited this park over the weekend, thought it might work as a temporary spot for my classic RV, Class A gas fueled 30 ft Chevy Allegro for few months til I move over to Arizona. Was told by park manager RV has to be year 2010 or newer. Sounds like discrimination for those of us who maintain classic RVs. I'm not so sure the legality of this matter...Anyone else know? Please share. #1 if you can't pay a monthly fee and utilities that one thing. Newer RVs made after 1990s are not made as well as older models
