After driving all day from Albuquerque, NM we came to camp with our very clean well kept 16 foot Scamp and we're asked the age of our trailer, which is 12 years. We were told they do not rent to trailers over 10 years old.. Don't waste your time.

Great staff. Peaceful and quiet. Best part at eagle view....I was able to view an eagle. It made my day, love this place.

Amazing Resort w/ beautiful views... office staff ruins any possibility of an amazing stay. We have been here 11 months they’ve moved us more than10 times. The office personnel is rude and in accommodating, actually Carrie in the office is rude beyond words, lies to your face, hides under her desk and goes out of her way to be nasty....

The resort is ok, roads are rough, pool is nice, location is great, Fountain hills is a great little town. The resort itself is ran horribly. No common sense is involved with any decisions made. They make mistakes and the customer has to pay for them. We made reservations for a site for a 3 month stay, 6 months in advance. we arrived stayed the first month and was told we had to leave. We had a email showing a 3 month stay, they said oops our system messed up, took them 2 days to figure out a resolve which required us to move 3 times in 2 months. They put priority on people that were not yet at the park and booked months after us. This is common practice here, you will see people move at the first of the month, and people staying here say it happens all the time. This is not normal and does not happen at any resort we stay at across America. The office workers have no empathy nor do they care about the bad situations you get put in. I would highly suggest the owners and workers taking a business ethics course, and upgrade their computer system to something that can manage the property correctly. Campers beware, your reservation means absolutely nothing to them, and they do not have the ability to make make sensible corrections to their mistakes.
