Hi I'd like to give it a high review because a new management is working very hard on this cuz we are full-timers and we've been there over 30 days and we've watched them Austin and hello Austin I said Rodger and Nancy and we'll come back next year and I would recommend it there it's quiet I said there's a lot of full-time people there but extremely quiet as opposed to the one in Fort Wayne so recommended

We actually left Indian Springs to come here. My husband is working in the area and we were paying out the butt at Indian Springs, plus that place is a dump. Honestly I wish we would’ve came here from the get go but we were hesitant because apparently it was rough before the new management came in. It is a quiet and nice park overall. Very reasonably priced, and nice sites. There is a playground, pavilion, walking trails, and a basketball court but other than that there isn’t a whole lot to do. My kids are very content here though. If you are working in the area and need a place to stay long term or even just a night or two, I highly recommend. The only cons I have are they are hard to get ahold of. I called multiple times when I was trying to get us a reservation but the key is to call in the morning. He got us in that next weekend though so that was nice. This park has iron heavy well water so I recommend getting a portable water softener if you’ll be staying awhile. Also, I wish the roads in the park were paved so the kids could ride their bikes. Overall, if you are looking for a quiet place to stay without all the bells and whistles then this is for you. We actually had several of my husband’s coworkers leave Indian Springs to come here as well. I think we can all agree that this place is way better and way more affordable.

The beginning of the year this place was in really poor shape. Since new management has took over the past couple months the place is looking much better. The new staff has been doing a great job with getting the place spruced back up! Bummer the pool still isn’t ready but they have been working on it. The mowing has been looking great as well. For being next to the highway the noise isn’t to terrible. All in all I enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying here again! Staff is very friendly!

Nice park. Older facility. There are are lot of long term campers here. Many are pretty run-down. But it is quiet even though it is close to the freeway. The owners have plans to spruce it up in the future.

From what I could tell from other reviews, this park changed owners and it sounded like things got much better. If you’re looking for a place to just stay overnight this would fit the bill. This is a no frills park. Honestly, it is not a resort by any stretch of the imagination. The spaces are level but on the tight side. Parking is on grass/gravel. Mostly pull thrus it appeared. The grounds need maintenance something fierce. The grass on our site was 8-10” tall. There are random piles of wood or cement blocks just laying around near some of the sites. No shade. Roads in and out are gravel and decent. We rarely use laundry but needed to do some rugs. The machines were old but clean; three of four washers were in working order; four of six dryers worked. The showers were working but the door to two wouldn’t shut properly. They were old, but adequate. It seemed there were quite a few older trailers that weren’t kept up very well including the area around them. A few appeared abandoned. There’s a pavilion of sorts that looks like it’s used for storage that had several grills and rotting picnic tables. An outdoor kitchen nearby was unusable – not sure what the purpose of it was. Noise from the freeway was loud enough to hear day and night. Trash containers at the entrance were overflowing and an eyesore.
