This is probably the nicest privately owned RV grounds we’ve been to ! We stayed 1 night passing through this area of CA. Super clean restrooms/shower areas, paved and spacious RV pads (we’ve an 18’ travel trailer and Ford Ranger). FC will be our stopping point when we travel through central CA again. Keep up the great support !!

Love this RV resort. No dirt! All paved or graveled. The dog park is the size of a “football field” and all grass. Great for letting these three boxes run after being on the road all day. Plenty of trees. Amenities are clean and well stocked. Walking just a few minutes to food and stores.

First place I planted myself when I bought my Airstream. Chose this place because it was close to family for the holidays, and I needed to move into my new rig! This place was perfect. It's right amongst the truck stops, but it's quiet, convenient, people there are really friendly. I felt safe. There is a garbage service where you can just place your garbage on the edge of your site and they bring it to the dumpster, have convenience was nice. 1 month stay, and will absolutely go back when I visiting family in Stockton.

I like this place. Far enough off I5 that the noise isn't bothersome. Neat and well laid out. Clean. Trash pick up. Nice level concrete spots that are spacious enough. Laundry and washrooms are good. Staff open and friendly. Pool and hot tub look nice although we didn't use them.
