Such beautiful place to visit. Even though it was cold and really windy the views were beautiful. We lived walking on the beach, looking for shells, walking the trails and exploring all of the old batteries. We will definitely go back.

Cool place, dramatic and beautiful views. The Fort was also very cool. It is a big park so we didn’t get to see everything because we came later in the day so plan accordingly. Great place to bring the kids and learn some history of Washington state.

Second trip this spring. Weather is cooler with gale force winds, however... Our pull through spot is backed up to a hill with a little alcove where the table and fire pit are placed. We were able to stay outside until we were ready for bed because we were so protected from the elements. Perfect! This is going to be our spot for future visits.

Great place for a day trip. As a kid I would spend hours inside exploring. I tell everyone that will listen how great this place is. The campground needs work as its basically a parking lot and it can get crazy windy. So, if you don't have an RV. I would make this a day trip

I love coming here, any time a year. During colder times on early weekdays you usually have the beaches to yourself. One can spend all day or just a few hours there. Super clean bathrooms that are open year round. Can go on a long hike or a 10 minute walk. The views are to die for regardless.
