Not a bad spot. Clean bathroom laundry. Small store. Check in was swift and friendly. Convenience to the train depot. The site was paved and levelish. W-S-E we all mid site. They will send out emails if issues ( ex: we had power outage in 60 mph winds) Its Fairy quiet -train exception and some neighbors talking at 6am. Was full on Sunday, started emptying out on Monday. They need to rework the exit there's a lamppost, fire hydrant, trash bin and parking lot right at the turn - this manageable only if nobody is parked. You can see others have had issues with navigating. No fault of campground! Trains: Sun 3&5am Mon 2-4-6am Tues 3-4-5-6. They kind of sneak up on you. Just blow the horn 3-4 times, then its quite again. Hillbillies: those with no muffler letting everyone know there driving - only encountered this twice around 11p All considered I'd stay again.

I stayed at the RV Park with a 25' Sprinter Forester. I had a brief but lovely stay! The Staff and Facilities are all top notch. The bathrooms and showers are .... way above expectations!! Very nice!! I also road the train to the South Rim and back. Great experience!

RV park was located very close to the Grand Canyon Railroad Depot. Highly recommend the Grand Canyon Railway trip. Located very close to Grand Canyon brewery, which was excellent.RV park was clean, friendly & excellent laundry facilities. The only negative was that the fire pit was not working because they are repairing it. But, I'm sure once that gets up and running A+!

The RV Park: You have to love trains...right next to the main tracks (several freight trains rumbled past late at night). Just a few hundred feet from the Grand Canyon Railway depot and hotel. Within 2 blocks of downtown Williams (lots of restaurants in town). Very clean, well maintained RV park with access to the hotel pool. Check in online was easy and made our arrival great.

Great overall experience. We camped with our RV, had access to pool and gym at hotel. WiFi for campers. Place was super clean, staff was excellent. We took the train from here to Grand Canyon, which was a wonderful experience for my kids. Fantastic overall stay. If you are picky about campgrounds, plan your stay here!

Efficient and friendly staff. Grounds and buildings are inviting and very clean. The shower and laundry facilities are very well maintained and so clean. Great little spot. The train does pass by but didn't notice any passing after 10pm or before 4am. I was a bit concerned about the train noise, but it didn't bother me or affect my stay at all!

Wonderful campground! Beautiful tree covered hills surround it. Very quiet while we were here in October and campground was full. Short walk to town with cool shops and a Dairy Queen. Lots to see in the area. Yes trains run by at night. Everyone should be able to figure that out by the name. Can't address the hot water issue as we are self contained with our motorhome. Highly recommend.

Stayed 3 nights. The spaces are very close together. We were busy so it wasn’t a huge deal but that’s the only thing that I can complain about. We had access to the pool and hot tub at the hotel. It was fun. Able to walk. We took the train and it was a neat experience. Totally worth it to us. We had first class seats. The RV Park was clean outside and inside all of the facilities. The restrooms, laundry, pool etc. It was a very full RV Park every night but we never had issues with trying to do the laundry or getting an open shower or the water temperature! Everything was great! I would stay again!

This was a fantastic and wonderful trip! The train was great! If you want air conditioning you are going to have to buy the nicer tickets but totally worth it! Great trip live music! They had food and drinks as well as a great host in each train car and it's fun to walk down the train to the food Cafe. Was a great way to get to the Grand canyon! If you like lord of the rings.
