One of my favorite campgrounds at one of my favorite national parks. This campground has a large variety of sites. There are a few really great ones right on a small creek. There are a few others and a wide open area great for stargazing. The sides are pretty spread out so you’re not on top of each other too much. You have to drive down a dirt road for a little bit, which is no problem for any car

Enjoyable campground. The type of camp sites (around 36 of them) vary, some have pull through areas for RVs others have room for tents only. Each site has a picnic table and fire pit though there is a fire ban during the summer months. The ambience for each site varies as well, depending on the site you might have tall tree cover, an open view of the valley, or the sounds of the creek flowing by. We also saw deer and wild turkey roam through the campground. Water and restrooms are fairly close to each campsite and the restrooms are exceptionally well kept, some of the nicest I've seen in a campground. It's a first come, pick your spot reservation system so this does limit the options, however, early in the week there always seemed to be a handful of spots open.

Quiet, surprisingly beautiful area. No hookups, water located around campground, clean vault toilets. Terrific hikes within Great Basin NP

This spot got pretty busy for july 4th weekend. Most sites have access to the creek. But some are better then others. This site is first come first serve so plan ahead.

Probably the most secluded established campground at Great Basin NP. Bathroom and several water spigots; picnic bench at each site. Great view of the desert and Wheeler Peak. The creek is visible and audible from several sites. Many of the campsites are on an incline. It was very crowded in July and I managed to grab the last spot. I believe the campsites are first come first served, no reservations. Only reservations are at Grey Cliffs down the hill.
