Seems like a nice campsite. Didn't stay because t-mobile cell service was spotty.

I camped near this campground in the forest so review will vary. Met the friendly camp host, they seem pretty helpful for a no frills free campground. Sign says no trash service, no water. It seems all sites are numbered and have picnic tables. I saw a pit toilet, but come prepared. Road is bumpy and sandy and steep, but I've seen at least 2 class A's towing trailers come this far so anything can make it if you drive carefully. If campground is full you can dispersed camp nearby along the road to the campground. The area gets busy on the weekend, but seems empty mon-wed. Perfect Verizon signal for internet. This review is for camping in July.

I can't believe this place is free, it's better than a lot of the state parks I've been too. Fire pits, nice tables, pit toilets. Well spread out, tons or room for many RV's

A great campground with a friendly host! Spots have plenty of space and the roads through the campground are well maintained. The bathrooms were also well maintained. This has easily become one of my favorite spots to stay!
