Cleanest Park ever! Bathrooms were spotless. Theyare pit toilets but were clean and odor free. The park host (Kristi?)gave us advice on what to see and where to go. Campsites were nice and roomy.

Great night stay near Grand Canyon | Sight of relief in summer | full of redwood trees | perfect stop for road trip to Grand Canyon. We stayed here for one night. Good, tested drinking water taps. Honey bucket toilet. However, just at 2 minutes distance there is a good RV park with showers and normal toilets. Also, there is a superb gift shop with decent restaurants and their cookies are quite famous. Very good and clean campsites surrounded by redwood trees. The staff is super helpful and friendly. We loved staying at this campground and it was really good temperature wise for Arizona as we came from desert. It is only half or quarter an hour away from the Grand Canyon national park which is the best part as you can start early for hiking and further adventure without traffic. Overall awesome experience at Jacob lake campground. And yeah as we came on weekday - it was easy to get campsite for the same night!!!

Not to bad typical gas station near by takes the fun out of fun for those who enjoy real camping. The bright lights ruined my experience! This also o touristy type compgroup.

As far as dry campgrounds go, this one had the cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen. They were sparkling. The hosts were very friendly and gave us a lot of tips. At night it's very quiet and the neighbors were respectful. However keep in mind there are no hookups and you're not supposed to use the water for your RV fill up

🔥 hot all over the West. We went to Jacob Lake campgrounds to leap off to North Rim of Grand Canyon. We were going to use it as a base to explore into Utah too. We enjoyed the campground. Pretty tall pines and temperature enjoyable. Nights cool for a good sleep. We stayed 4 nights, then added 1 more. Back home at 4200 ft in hundred plus teens hot. We stayed in the campground reading & relaxing except the Grand Canyon day. No excursions away, thinking of the heat everywhere around the West.
