RUDE RECEPTION, HYPOCRITICAL RULES We are seniors in our 15th month of full-time, nomadic RV living. This was the most inhospitable check-in I have ever experienced. The woman was briskly efficient but not friendly or personable. The old man was rude and argumentative and basically accused me of lying. When I made the reservation by phone I indicated we have 2 indoor cats but they do go out some in an exercise pen. He immediately barked at me that the cats would NOT go outside. I pushed back to explain they are enclosed and supervised or on harness collars and leashes. No, indoor cats are indoor cats he told me, you didn't tell her about an exercise pen. The woman spoke up that I did tell her that. But she didn't say I could use the pen. I asked if dogs were permitted outside on leashes. Of course they are. I told him cats would say that is discrimination and I wished I had been told of this "rule" at the time I called. We proceeded to follow him to the site whereupon he told me the rule came about due to one time a cat rushed out of an RV, pooped in a neighboring site and someone stepped in it. Hmm, sounds like poor dog supervision to me. As for rules, you get a packet with 7 pages of rules. The wording about animals is about PETS and breeds of dogs not permitted. Posted signs say pets on leashes at all times, my cats are pets by the way, except in the dog park. Rules also very clear about not having extra stuff around your site or under your RV. Yep, that rule wasn't in evidence of being enforced. To be fair, the gravel drive was a long pull through, it was full hook ups, there was a reasonable laundry, overall the place was neat and clean and we could wash our RV for $5. They also honored Passport America pricing over a weekend which is rare in the South in the winter. However, I will not return nor do I recommend this to anyone. Check out other reviews. Mine was not an isolated incident.

The old man who manages the park is very mean! Constantly made me cry! He hates children and charged us for grands to visit! Lied about long term people renting! Several told me they were there since opening of park! Management has no clue how to run this business! Won’t let you come in after 4 pm ! Closes on weekends! Pushes out the monthly people two to three days before they have to! Saying they need your spot when they have 30 wide open spots! Would not recommend this place to anyone!

Wifi is basically non existent and they have not planted any trees for future shade only a few bushes. The club house is a giant echo chamber, you can not hear anything a speaker person is saying because of the echo! Truck traffic 24/7 extra loud because of no fence! They have planted slow growing bushes but not growing fast enough. Very sad that they put in such a cheap wifi stem in a brand new park! It is about 2 years old i would guess!!

Worst RV park I have stayed at, it was a clean RV park but the managers/owners were extremely unprofessional, authoritarians, and they lie. They do not like children, if you have children they will charge you 5 dollars a day for each child. My daughter tried to make a reservation they told her they were going to be full. The park is less than 1/4 full. I had my grandchildren visit their grandparents at the park. The manager came over and told me to put my Golden Retriever on a leash who was standing by my side and never leaves his area without permission. We have been playing ball in our yard for a month, so the manager order me to play ball with my dog as long as he was on a leash. It was obvious that he confronted me in front of my daughter and grandchildren because the children were there. Miserable people. So I left .
