I do not recommend staying at the Rv park! The lady who own’s the park is very rude and has no manners. My fiancé and I are traveling with the medical field to help with Covid-19 cases. We received an electric bill for $380 for our fist bill. I did a lot of research to find out what the price per Kilowatt was. She billed us at 15 cents A kilowatt when every other RV resort is only charging $.11-$.12 per kilowatt. So she raised our electric bill over 100$. I called her to discuss the bill and she told me that I do not know how to run an RV park and she’s been doing it since the 1970s. We had already paid $600 for the next months rent and ended up leaving the park because of the electric bill issue. Instead of reimbursing us the $600 within 3 to 5 business days she kept the money for over three weeks and only gave back Partial payment. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! Sundance and KOA in Cortez are way better than staying with these thieves!

Very nice host Jim. Helped up find a great spot for one night. Used Passport America card for 50% off. Full hookups. Small park but great location. Only 8 miles from Mesa Verde National Park.

I’d love to give this review a higher score, but in December paying $50 is a bit much (and we got in at 8P.M. and left at 7). We only used the electricity.

Great place to stay to visit all the attractions in this area! The camp host Jim was very helpful in giving us great places to go. We stayed a extra 5 days. Lots of room for bigger RVs. We have a 38'+towed. Hope to come back.

Excellent customer service. Broke down in Oklahoma. Owners respectful of our situation quickly texted us back and refunded us our pre-payment because we could no longer make it to them. Very grateful for this courtesy. Hope others will stay here in lieu of us not being able to.
