We arrived at the facility during normal business hours and the office was closed due to lack of staff. We were one of the only campers there and they placed us at the front entrance, practically in the road, next to a barking dog. We ended up calling to change locations and the staff was extremely rude. The kids enjoyed the playground and the bathrooms were nice. However, the campground was full of stray cats and the highway was extremely loud. Such a dissapointment.

Management is wonderful. Lori was very understanding regarding an emergency we had prior to our stay and they were very accommodating. Great customer service. Only complaint was that there were times that it took multiple days to reach them regarding the reservation and booking, and the representative that booked us booked us for the wrong day.

Great communication from the management prior to our arrival. Clean, cozy, adorable brand new cabin. Sheets and towels were included. Complimentary snacks and beverages provided. Staff met us at our arrival and escorted us to the cabin. Super comfy bed and pillows. Tastefully decorated in outdoorsy theme. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
