LOVE LOVE LOVE this camping site. My sister's, cousins and I went two weeks ago for the first time at this campsite. It was 7 of us ladies and we loved how private the sites are and not on top of each other, Not crowed at all ( not sure if it's because it was mid September and not summer )Bathrooms are clean, great water pressure in the showers. Staff is super friendly. Only thing is that you can get lost in there easily since campsite is so big and some numbers are hard to see at night and bathrooms are far from some sites but otherwise we truly enjoyed our stay there and will return for many years to come.

What a great find! We were doing a quick Labor Day House Hunting trip up to Boston from Virginia. We were at site 111 which has power, water and is located across from the restrooms. We have a Thor Sequence 20A so it was a very convenient site for us. The restrooms were always clean and have a couple of showers with hot water and restrooms. The outside of restrooms also has a kitchen sink to wash your dishes that also includes hot water. The sites are spaced out perfectly. It can be a bit dirty/muddy depending on rain so plan knowing you will need to sweep your rugs/mats/tarps a few times or have a dirty shoe bin for the outside of your tent/RV. The campsite is a great place to stay if you want to do both city and nature adventures. I can't wait to return!

Great place for camping. Quiet and plenty of space for each site. Our camp site is with water spigot and electric hookup which is convenient.

We love this place. It is a great family campground that's becoming a family tradition. There's a playground, a swimming area, hiking and mountain biking in the surrounding state forest. It's great for our family of 5. Just learned that the campground is named for Harold Parker's daughter Lorraine. Seems fitting since my daughter is always stoked to be here.
