Great place to live until the snow birds or winter people come to town and then it gets packed and is loud and people just walk through your yard with no respect whatsoever

I never even got to stay there Susan the owner was rude over the phone when trying to plan my stay. She was asking for my income info witch no campground asks that but when question about it she just said good luck and hung up. There is a reason why thay have such horrible reviews and there are many other locations just around the corner

We lived here for over a year in a travel trailer with no issues, then on December 14th, we were given a 10 day notice to vacate, with no cause or complaints. When we called the office to ask why, we were not given an answer, and just told "good luck". This put us out on Christmas Eve (We were paid up through the month). We found this happened to the neighbors across the street around the same time. Do NOT rent here...everything is great UNTIL it's not.
