The staff needs a real shake-up. Called left a message to make a reservation. They never returned the phone call. Went to the office the next day and there are three people in the office! Made a reservation for the next two days. Was forced to move to the overflow section for the second day-no problem. Toured the Badlands the second day and returned to find someone in my site. Went to office to resolve and reply was "we forgot about you" and was sent to another site in the overflow lot. Spoke to other people at the fam-camp and consensus was the office does not return phone calls. If these folks are federal employees...the entire operation should be privatized.
