Very nice resort and RV park. Excellent getaway location with a gorgeous view of the Mississippi river. Thirty five minutes from historic Galena Illinois. Great food at the Bar and Grill with a very friendly and courteous staff. Clean and very well appointed rooms and excellent RV sites with concrete pads and full hookups with 30/50 Amp service. Will definitely be making reservation for another stay next year.

Park is very clean and well layer out. Don't like that access to lake and obstacles course is an additional fee of $10 per person per hour. Should be included in fee of camping.

This is where my wife and I (before she died) consider our home away from home. Under the new management my wife hasn't seen the new improvements they have done to the place which is really nice for everyone. Nothing I will use myself, but for the rest that have kids, the new pool areas are probably a big plus. The hundred plus new camp sites are a nice addition to the 60 some existing sites. Have been here for over 4 years and enjoy my time spent here with family.
