This place was wonderful! I had to stay an extra two nights because of bad weather, and they went above and beyond in taking care of me. Clean and comfortable facilities, and lovely people. I would definitely stay here again if I ever find myself in Springfield.

We stay with them repeatedly, Always nice clean and private . TV. Annalise is a very sweet lady to work with. We would not stay anywhere else.

Seems like a nice place to live...seems to be kid friendly,where kids have something to do...had a nice swimming pool...roads are paved real good,a lot of shade for the houses where the AC doesn't have to be running very much...a lot of open lots to move your mobile home right in,and quite a few mobile homes for sale,and they'll even help to finance the homes...shopping is so close that you could walk instead of having to drive...worth checking out...

This place is super nice and very reasonably priced. It reminds me of what mobile home parks were originally supposed to look like when the idea was first conceived-tree covered park-like communities that are clean, nice and orderly (it turns out most mobile home parks do not meet those characteristics). Staff was helpful. Bathrooms for RV side were dated but very clean. Couldn't ask for more. FYI, this is convenient to Branson.
