Love this place. Quiet, pool, beach. What more do you want?

Don't waste your membership here. This place is beyond run down. All their roads are extremely narrow with potholes which partly flood during heavy rain. Not to mention you'll definitely be scraping the underside of your rig on some hills. All RV sites are unlevel and without gravel so everytime it rains they become severely muddy. Like you have to constantly re-level your rig muddy. You'll be lucky to find an electric box that isn't rusted to hell clogged up with dead spiders. The water at the sites smells heavily of chlorine and is almost yellow in color. They don't notify people of any construction or amenity shut downs before your visit. It's a first come first serve even if you have an annual membership with them so good luck if all the full hook up spots are taken. There's absolutely no wifi other than at the family center. They hardly ever clean the bathrooms and it takes forever for the water in the showers to get hot. Your annual membership gets you nothing but 2 weeks free stay. Other than the pool and beach access this location has little to offer in service or amenities. Would recommend staying at probably any other thousand trails location or one of other RV parks in town.

The sites are decent but facilities are atrocious. Really whoever is cleaning the bathrooms needs to be retrained. Gobs of hair everywhere. It rains inside the lodge and it's filthy in there. Every window had a hundred dead flies it was so neglected. Everything about this place seemed neglected. It used to be nice and have a little store and library and pretty landscaping but not so anymore. The location is fun and we made the best of it with the lovely view.

I had made prior reservations for this weekend and wound up breaking my leg in 5 places and unable to go. The staff was SO kind to help me with this issue and I WILL be coming ASAP when this leg is better!!! Thank you so much.
