Since the passing of the manager things are deteriorating fast. Aggressive dogs running loose with no leash, people who pay their rent are being accused of not paying it, rude foreigners chasing people with their trucks, it's like the purge going on over here. I'll be selling soon if things don't improve drastically.

The manager at this park is just amazing on so many levels really. His name's Mr. Nick, and he's a big family guy who looks after the park and it's residents with a big heart and helping hand.He is so understanding, just, and fair. He keeps the park clean and tends to all who live there. He has to be the best manager all those who've lived there could have hoped for. The maintenance man Mr. Nick has is as handy as he is handsome. His name's Mr. Paul and He looks forward to helping make the residents who were blessed enough to be able to call Pine Acres Manor their home comfortable in anyway he's able. He's more than willing and shares the attributes of a big heart, good sense, trust, and judgment as Mr. Nick. Too bad, honestly, more places do not have the backbone Pine Acres Manor has in these two men...They'd have a lot going for them. Would 100% have a future of upgrades, expansion, and much appreciation from those who have made their homes in them. The whole trailer park is clean, and quiet. Either Mr. Nick or Mr. Paul Are always on call to help protect and serve the many who call Pine Acres Manor their home.
