Come join us in the "Gateway to the Northwest", Home of Idaho State University. Known as the U.S. Smile Capital, Pocatello is famous for its hospitality.

The quiet Pocatello KOA is surrounded by mountains - perfect for skiing and snowmobiling in winter and rock climbing and hiking the rest of the year. Then soak your aching muscles in Idaho's world-famous Lava Hot Springs, only 30 minutes away. Pocatello's Ross Park features a pool and sporting activities and also hosts the Pocatello Zoo. Visit Idaho State University and the Museum of Natural History on campus. This KOA offers grassy, shaded Tent Sites with fire pits and up to 82-foot-long, extra-wide Pull-Thru RV Sites. Or stay in a Cabin! Year-round monthly sites available, as well as propane. Relax, play horseshoes or enjoy ice cream. This is a great overnight stop on your way to Yellowstone National Park, and it's 2 1/2 hours from Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Stay a night or two as you travel to/from the Calgary Stampede in Alberta, Canada. Gasoline is available on-site. Max pull thru: 82 feet. Your hosts: Rose V. and Tom D.

We stayed 1 night. The sites are fairly level. The staff are incredibly friendly! The showers are very clean and generously sized. Water temperature and pressure is good. Propane and gasoline are available on-site for purchase. We would definitely stay here again.

RV hook ups and log cabins. Tents are also welcome here. ☺ Gas station is right here if you need fuel. Pet friendly is a plus ++.

Stayed for just one night. Giving four stars and not five because of the internet situation. You're not allowed to stream it to a smart TV, and I've long believed that if you're at a park where you can't pick up broadcast TV, or they don't provide cable; you should be able to stream. It is 2021, so I don't feel like it's asking for too much. Would absolutely stay again though. Clean, well kept, and quiet park.

Beautiful setting! Lots of great mature trees, reasonable amount of space between rigs, and a great pet area. I especially love the motion-activated lighting in the pet area. The only needs improvement is it would have been nice to have something besides dirt around my rig, maybe gravel. The sites around the perimeter had had grass.
