We just completed our 2nd stay in the 'tiny home' cottages at River West Resort. The cottages are well appointed, newer, clean, and a very cozy alternative to hotels. The grounds are peaceful, nicely landscaped, and a very pleasant alternative to a hotel room. I would stay the RWR cottages again in a heartbeat.

We stayed at the Pearl cottage and it was so beautiful with the huge windows overlooking the river. It was spotless and they left us a bottle of wine and candies for valentines! The Customer service was great as well, they always responded back right away to our questions. We will definitely be returning!

The Pearl cabin was lovely. It was perfectly clean and very pretty. It had a wonderful deck just above the river with views of the mountains. I had never been in a tiny home before but discovered that is was more than sufficient for two people for a vacation stay. It should be noted that this particular home had a street with some traffic noise immediately behind it. There is also a loud long train that occasionally goes by. It is obvious the owners are working very hard to make this a great option for lodging. I do have a couple of recommendations to make it even better. A security bar for the sliding glass door which is the main entrance should be there. I also suggest some blackout or more light-removing window coverings in the bedroom. A full-length mirror would be helpful too. It’s near perfect. These little recommendations are just noted so that it’s perfect!!

We stayed in the Ruby. Check in was easy. The unit was clean, towels were fluffy. The “tiny houses” are next to a pretty event venue with a large grassy area, so the view is pretty. River West Resort is an RV park but the tiny houses are on the outside edge and have their own vibe and landscaping.
