Beautiful staff and volunteers are amazing. Entire grounds are kept up, also security. We were lucky enough to see the Easter Bunny......

Giving a one star only because a 0 isn’t an option. In all the years of traveling with an rv I have never experienced a park with more eagerness to tell their customers to leave! This place is hands down the worst ever! Telling someone to leave on Christmas Day during a major ice/snow storm is just the beginning. This place has absolutely no sense of compassion for their customers. I could go on and on but i won’t waste your time (like they will). I would urge anyone that is considering staying here to look through the reviews and see for yourself! I wish I would have before hand!! Beware!!! This place should be closed down and new management brought in! What a shame to see something with such potential just squandered away for the sake of a quick buck!!! 😕

Awesome rv campground. Clean beautiful grounds. Bathroom facilities were clean. Nice play area for kids and a clean well kept dog park. The website says it is quiet. For the most part it is very quiet, especially if you’re from the big city and use to a lot of noise. But for those of us who are not from big cities… the train that comes though consistently several times a day… billing this place as “quiet” is stretching it just a tad. We came to kayak on the nearby wildlife reserve so it met all our needs for that. I have no problem recommending this place. The staff were also very accommodating and friendly upon arrival.

This is a friendly, pleasant place to stay. Their rates are good. They keep the place green. There is plenty of shade. Sites are spaced well. There are extras too like a dog park, playground, and more. I'm not one who likes to fish rivers much, but this is a fine place to stay even if you never see the river. There is a train track near and it has a lot of traffic. Fortunately though, I never heard any train whistles, so it wasn't nearly as noisy from trains as it could have been. They didn't bother me or my wife at all really. Book early as they office closes at 5 (or 6?). But they have an after hours number you can call posted on the door.
