It was nice to be near stanley but not be in the thick of things. It was perfect for our glamming trip. There weren't very many people there so that was a plus. It is also nice you are about a mile from the main road. You really are out in the middle of nowhere so you won't have any cell service..... at least no one in my group did. The river is super pretty. It's not really for swimming but it is still fun to climb around in. I am really looking forward to coming back here. There are one picnic table and one fire pit and one spot for a tent for each campsite. There is also three bathrooms and a place to dump your trash. It says on the website there is a place to get water but we didn't find it.... we didnt look too hard either 😂

Nice campground. Quiet and the water from the pump tastes good.

Awesome campground for chillen. A little less rowdy since it's close to the wilderness. You can head east if you want a little more space but this place served us well for a quick one night camp and hike into the Frank Church the next day!
