Great place to have a gathering (per Covid 19 rules) or picnic by the water. The picnic tables are covered for shade but not so much from rain. Parking is $6.00 and is strongly enforced by the Park Rangers, don't risk a $70.00 ticket to save $6.00. They have boat launching into the Sacramento River and fishing from tbe shore. The walk from the parking lot to the tables is short but watch out for dips in the grass.
