If I could give negative stars I would. I had to check out a week early due to a family emergency and they refused to give me a refund said it was resort policy. They office staff seems like your a nuisance and your bothering them and the facility needs some serious upgrades washers and dryers don't work wifi is non existent cell phone service is horrible

Membershio reflected in price paid. The bad: We where Issued a preferred RV site. Meaning members who paid thousands of dollars get dirt grass site with full hookups. Those paying the full daily rate get concrete and closer to the pool. Internet from Verizon is over sold meaning, even with 3-4 bars I had less than 256k speed. ATT same 4 bars and I had 9meg speed. This was the same all over the city not just at the campsite. The good: Clean restrooms large sites and very friendly staff who are most helpful. Add to that being very close to Disney attractions and you have the reason for the 4 star rating.

Great place. Friendly people, nice facilities, great pool and clubhouse, lots of mature trees and flowering plants, level lots with grass, and lots of fun activities. Putt putt golf, shuffle board, huge chess set, cards, library, bingo, line dancing, poker run meet and greet, tiki bar with live music and snacks, food truck visit, pool and ping pong tables and water aerobics. Close to restaurants, shopping and amusement parks. Our only dislike was lot size. We are used to State parks and Core of Engineer parks with big grassy lots and lots of space between units.

Nice and quiet. Wifi only worked in the “rec room” and when we tried to go in there for work the ladies in the office would complain loudly about all the residents. The spaces are extremely close together. The dog park is tiny. It was well maintained though but very pricey. About $900 for 2 weeks. It sits off a VERY busy road so you hear traffic all day and night. It’s also located next to a middle school so traffic gets really bad in the mornings and afternoons. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, not really the place for you.

It’s a decent park, but super sites are far from super. Not to mention customer service is extremely poor. When entering the office, it seems you are interrupting them and they are not friendly, other than one lady. The rest sit in their offices and at times don’t even come out to help. Unfortunately I would not recommend for future visits.
