Our riverside park was built for the World's Fair in 1982 & we still strive to provide you with a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay. Conveniently located near I-40 & I-75, we're close to West Knoxville and Farragut.

Very accommodate staff. Hot showers. The only issue was noise from interstate 40 from cars and trucks. Bet this place is worth every penny in the summer time we will be back

Family owned and operated... beautiful place near Knoxville right off the 40frwy... stayed here for just over a year... i was made to feel at home.. after i bought a house a few years ago the Soaring Eagle family stays in regular contact ... The office Mgr Joyce is a amazing woman, makes the campground experience great...

Office staff is really nice & shower facilities are cleaner than nicer campgrounds we’ve been to. Location is close to highway, so noise level is high, but we are not light sleepers, so it didn’t bother us too much. It’s also open year round, meanwhile most surrounding campgrounds in the area are closed for winter. They offer internet, but it was extremely slow, we used our hotspot. It was good for a one night stay.

My husband and I travel for work, and Soaring Eagle has been our saving grace. Their cute little spot nestled against the lake provides convenience and a great sense of community. But what puts this place above the others is their wonderful wonderful manager, Joyce! We have dealt with very rude and dismissive receptionists and managers of other campgrounds in Roane County, so working with Joyce has been such a breath of fresh air. She is so kind and helpful, and has made our experience at Soaring Eagle better than any other campground so far!
