I love it! We stayed at a great site on lot E. Well wooded with a beautiful view. It feels like we are in a forest. Where we stayed was full hookup. The bathrooms have just been redone and look great. Well located to the beach and the dune is very close. Great space between the RVs. Excellent for maneuvering. The internet sometimes went down because of the trees, but most of the time I was connected with AT&T. I recommend!

The laundry room is one of the best of the many Thousands Trails we have stayed at. It is clean and the machines are well taken care of. The CSCPay Mobil app works good so you don't need quarters for laundry, but you can still use quarters if you need to. I really would like it if Thousand Trails standardized on this app for all of their campgrounds. The sites are nicely tucked into the forest, and it is very green. I wish it had more sewer sites to get 5 stars from me.

EXCELLENT customer service. Staff called to tell us they checked us in and our site and tags were waiting for us at ranger station and gave us the gate code when they noticed we hadn't yet.

So we come here at the very least 1 a year for at least a week. We are here for spring break all is good, except only 2 bathrooms are open. Both are way up by the beginning of the camp ground. Which would be ok if they would have told us that when we got here. So now if we have to use the facilities we have to drive up to the beginning. Or to shower also. Needless to say we are very disappointed and about ready to cancel our membership!

We have thousand trail membership and this was our least favorite. BEWARE: our generator was stolen out of our truck. It was secured and someone came in the middle of the night and slashed the straps and stole it from our truck and used the little hiking trail to walk it out. The manager admitted to me that some gas tanks had been stolen a few weeks before. When we arrived the first day, there wasn’t a single staff member in sight. That should have been our first red flag. Not many full hook up spots. On the map it showed our spot had sewage. When we went to hook it up, of course, no dump. Called the front office and they said, “oh yeah, sorry that’s the only one there that doesn’t have sewage. I should mark that on the next map.” The only nice thing there is the new playground and the very nice laundry room.
