I love my home in Sundance West. We have a new park model in a great location. It is a clean and friendly park. Staff are all very helpful and like to make sure you have what you need to make your stay welcoming. There are great events throughout the busy season with amazing music. This is a great park for living full time or just visiting for the weekend.

Spots are way too close together. Pack you in like sardines. They call it a resort so they can charge more money.

We had an excellent stay here for 3 1/2 months this winter. Jo and Denny manage the park along with workampers and staff. The park is super clean, kept very nice and tidy, in good working order. Anything you need to have fixed gets done pronto. The pool is fairly new and nice, as is the spa. There is a little office that is also used for crafts, games and TV/ movie watching. The laundry on site has 6 washers, 6 dryers. The location in Apache Junction is lovely. You here more coyotes than traffic! I just loved living in AJ!

I’m not one for making reviews due to most rv parks being generally decent. This place is one you should avoid if possible. The staff and park manager are incredibly rude and greedy. There not a single site that’s level. The pool is generally closed with plastic covering due to the park not wanting to pay for propane to heat it. When you have an issue like say your water pipe breaks and they just call you to tell you rather than shutting the water off at the site. The site are small the dog park is a 35ft long by 10ft wide “run”. They will add charges to your bill without explanation. My neighbors power blew due to faulty park wiring and had to fight tooth an nail to be accommodated all while having a senior dog in 80 degree heat. Half the staff seem to be bipolar and in need of an attitude adjustment. The park manager will get aggressive with you when confronted about the shotty park standards and issues. I’ve traveled all over the country for work and this place is by far the worst I’ve been in. The pictures will show their idea of a premium sight with Mountain View’s for 859 per month. What a joke.

I’ve waited a while before making this review although the campground is well-kept they have rules like every campground. one of the biggest differences about this campground is only certain people have to follow the rules other people don’t have to. I’ve stayed at A lot of campgrounds over the years. Usually the camp workers are friendly enough and that’s true here also there is a couple of them that are not. And if they decide they don’t like you they will watch closely to see if you break any of the rules and immediately tattletale. If you don’t mind a rude camp worker breathing down your neck and watching your every move. Then this place is fine. They do cater to the snowbirds if you are an annual camper they treat you like they don’t want you here. Always on the lookout very uncomfortable. I could probably go on and on but I think whoever reads this review will understand this isn’t the place to be if you’re going to be staying for longer then a few months.
