An absolutely awesome campground with great people!!! Visiting alone I felt very welcomed by SJ and the rest of the staff. They had me playing bags and sitting by the fire singing songs with them. The campground is very well kept and very beautiful right next to the falls. I was able to fall asleep to the sound of the water. Also very nice having convenience store across the street as well as a breakfast/pizza place close by. I really hope I find myself near eastern Kentucky again just so I can stay here! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Friendly staff, fun in the creek, amenities you need. With a dollar store across the street, a pizza place at the gas station, shaved ice too cool off, and the water to play in you dont have to worry about planning activities or forgetting necessities for your camper. Have an issue? Find a friendly staff member and it will be taken care of. We booked our second trip down this summer after a great day of tubing down the falls. Bring water shoes and sand toys as the creek does wash glass down onto the beach at times.
