I thought they were very nice, but as we were trying to get out app approved after days of needing this and that every day, they go ahead and rent the house we are trying to get approved for. And didnt tell is till i asked. So be careful they steal your money and take days and rent it out from under you know you have less than a week or 2 to get out with a 2 year ild child!

We lived here for just under a year as we relocated for work. During that time we had a very good experience with neighbors, office personnel(especially Allie and Justin), and the maintenance personnel(especially Micah) Our maintenance issues were always resolved very quickly and when it came to needing to make arrangements to leave before lease was up they took great care of us and made sure we got our security deposit back without issue. The home we were in was recently remodeled inside prior to us moving in and price was more than fair for the size of home and rent costs in Choctaw. The only downside of the whole process was not having a fence for our pup, but we knew that when we signed the lease, so cannot knock the park for that one.
