Bare bones, loud park. Quiet hours were not enforced and the neighbor next to us played music and had people coming and going literally all night long. I get that this isn’t a resort by any means, but we were just looking for a quiet spot to sleep for a night. Our expectations were not high, and they still were not met. I am only giving this place two stars because we were able to get a full hook up, pull through spot on short notice.

Other than the heated hose at the office not pumping water for the tanks (at site water is off for winter months), the place is great. Awesome host, quiet, and near the stores. Love it!

Kind of drab, overgrown, buggy place. Bath house kind of rustic. Just a gloomy vibe I thought.

Great overnight stop. Needs signage at each end of road.

This place is terrible. Pool broken. Amenities dirty. Sites flooded and cramped. Worst Koa ever
