If you've never been to our family-oriented campground, you should visit us! The park is nestled amongst the forest and teeming with wildlife. The park has been open for over 15 years. Today, renovations are ongoing, creating one of the most unique campground experiences in Michigan. There are a host of different deluxe cabin and rustic cabin options, and, of course, campsites! During our spring, summer and fall season, there are activities galore for the kids! Our staff cannot wait to assist you with whatever you may need as you choose to spend your time at Weidman KOA. If you're new, welcome, if you're not, welcome back! If you are looking for a fun option, camping near the middle of the mitten state is a unique experience you will not want to miss! The goal of the owners and staff at Weidman KOA is simple — to provide a warm, family-friendly camping experience. We welcome all of our guests into the family and allow them to adopt our Weidman KOA as their home base camp during their stay. Ways to Stay for Every Camper
For some, roughing it under the shade of some towering trees is their idea of bliss. For others, a true vacation needs to include all the comforts of home, plus some extra luxuries on the side. At Weidman KOA, our camping sites offer an experience for every kind of camper. For traditional campers, you are sure to be delightfully surprised by the campground's setting, with shady sites scattered among mature trees. Pitch your tent at one of our camping sites to enjoy being one with nature. If you are coming via big rig, our campground comes complete with all your favorite RV-friendly amenities. Camping Cabins offer a quaint abode where you can rest up for a day of fun. Our Deluxe Cabins are designed for those who need their creature comforts close at hand and include bathrooms, plus a partial kitchen. Whichever cabin you choose, the KOA Patio™ is the perfect place to sit back after a long day and swap stories about your favorite memories so far.

Our amenities are those little extras that ensure your stay with us is as comfortable, pleasant and entertaining as possible. At Weidman KOA, we offer several things to do without you having to leave our campground. If you are looking for an indoor activity, The Soaring Eagle Casino is just 15 minutes away from the park. Looking for a place to stay while you are attending a wedding or event at the Little Flower Barn? We are less than a mile down the road! No matter what you want to do, there is always something near Weidman KOA!

This is our Happy Place! We've been coming here about 4 years and love it each time more and more. Patti & John work super hard: it shows in the cleanliness and family atmosphere. It is truly a gem. We'll be coming back every year! See ya in the Summer '22 :0)

This place was great. Friendly people, bathrooms and shower rooms are clean. Over all atmosphere was layer back and very relaxing. Will definitely be back.

Amazing! Best campground we have been to in years! Really clean and nice bathrooms, and always country music playing. Everytime we came back from the bathroom we were always humming a new song😃. Very quiet also!

A Newer KOA, they are still working on increasing their amenities. Beautiful water fall into a swimming pond. Their shower and restroom area were always clean. They sell ice cream cones at their store. Many cabins. Very shady camp ground. One down fall was we were bothered by yellow jackets everytime we were outside... being allergic to bees/ wasps it was not as enjoyable as it could be. Scary for me! Not sure if there are nests around the area or just nature at its worst( nothing they can do about it?) But not a lot to do in the area. If you like a quiet out of the way place to stay this is for you. It was 30 minutes to a town w hardware and big time grocery store. The family are working hard to make it an enjoyable place to stay.

I absolutely love this place! If you want a peaceful campground then this is the place to go. Every time I am here I feel like I am dropped off in the wilderness and i spend my time listening to the birds singing and enjoying peace and quiet which I cannot get from living in the city. Love this place!
