Very convenient to Carlsbad Caverns. The best thing I can say about the bathrooms is that they have nice water pressure. The larger of the 2 bathhouses does not have a lock and the shower is just a small wall away from the front door. Always take your water shoes!!!!

One shower for men in a single hole restroom, same for women. This is for all campsites. No fire rings. TIGHT spaces. Dirt pads and grounds. No trees. Only positive is proximity to Carlsbad Caverns and hot water in the shower. OK for a quick stop. No where to eat or buy groceries in town. Town is closed and boarded up. Lots of feral cats.

It's an okay stop if you're on your way to the caverns. Definitely the closest RV site to the Carlsbad caverns visitors center. It's a little run-down, pricey for what it is and not much security. A positive thing was the showers were close to us and provided plenty of hot water and room to move around.

Great place! Fully hook up. Clean restroom with free showers. Close to two national parks. Very nice management team who refund me fully after I cancel the last night of my reservation. They sell the best beef jerky I’ve ever tasted. Oh there’s a handsome cashier looks very like the young spider man!
