Great people working here. Very friendly and helpful. Spacious sites for larger rvs and dog friendly.

Would not recommend this campground to anyone. Campground is filled with seasonal campers who think they are at home. Music was blaring from an RV that we could hear it loudly 5 sites away from us. Told an employee who did speak to the campers but the very next day they were back to the same thing and the campsite employees are rarely to never seen driving around the campsite. Tried to play shuffleboard with our grandsons and it is in such dire condition that the cement is cracked and chipped away that you couldn't really play. The miniature golf course is in really poor condition. Great location next to Gillette Castle. It's a shame they have left it go so much.

We bought a big 5th wheeler pop out. Last year we chose Wolfs den to be Our spot to park it with intentions on staying for many years. We began to design our deck floor plans then our nightmare happened. We were allowed parking for three cars. My daughters sister had just bought a new car the day before. We had our one car on our lot so she parked with us to stay the night. We were first approached by a worker who kept saying she had to move it to visitors parking. We kept explaining it was new and she wanted to keep her eye on it and it made two of the three cars we were allowed. Next morning was the mail in our experience and dream. Owner woke us up full of anger. Was yelling at us and threw some swears at us. I attempted to go back in to put bra and clothes on and he escalated pushing his weight. He refused me to leave his presence and conversation as he screamed at us. My neighbors were all shocked and as mortified as we were. I could go further in depth of how unprofessional and nasty this small minded person was but I’m still embarrassed. Ending result, we did not want to go back and sold the rv. There is a right way and a wrong way to handle disagreements. The professional way would have been being pleasant and explaining rules to educate and provide helpful information for the future like we could have purchased a overnight pass. Instead he just threw his weight angrily with swearing and screaming angrily for all to hear on I am the owner. Refusing me to get dressed. Treating a 60 year old grandmother like a child. Very disrespectful. Shameful and unacceptable behavior which resulted in blowing dreams for happy cancer survivor campers.

Beautiful area, nice people camping and operating. Family friendly. Clean shower and laundry. Campers packed in tight due to NARROW ROADS. Each space is decent size. We pulled our rig to Alaska, Oregon and down to Florida. We are not lightweights. First time we had damage from squeezing through tight roads. First time for pay showers we had to use because our water heater died. So yes if you shower in your rig, it’s in the cost. If you use their same water and electricity you pay a little. It’s just an inconvenience after losing our water heater and we scraped our rig trying to use key card and fit through at a curve. Really? I’ll bet we’re not the first. We have a 32’ 5th wheel. So just be cautious with size and sides. Had I known maybe these issues plus NO full hookups. Bring your honey pot or don’t stay too long. 3 nights was our limit. Off to Maine
