Stayed in late June 2021. It did rain quite a bit (which in now way is their fault...can't plan mother nature), but our site was completely underwater. Definitely need to put in drainage tiles or build up the sites they know sit so low. Everything was soaked & muddy after being there for a week. Made of quite the clean-up at home. Roads were really rough...huge potholes, which are jarring, especially when towing in/out of park. They could have grated the roads, considering it was leading up to a holiday weekend. Pool was a little chilly - it had a solar cover, but could definitely use some alternative way of heating it too. Even our small kids were skeptical to get in unless the sun was fully out. There was also a stray cat (that was covered in fleas) that kept wandering on to our site & sitting on our table. Definitely not ideal, since I didn't not want my dogs nor kids anywhere near the cat & risk getting a disease or fleas. I did try to make a reservation for this coming summer (cause why not give it another chance?). I was told we'd been red-flagged from speeding through the park when we were leaving with our camper. They also said they had warned us - which was NEVER done (never mentioned to me nor my husband). Not sure how speeding, especially while towing our camper, would have been possible with the ruts/potholes. Everything would have fallen out of our cupboards going more than 5mph over their roads/trails. Guess we'll just take our business elsewhere to a better managed campground.

Really nice folks over there. Beautiful land. Perfect place for the family, with plenty to do to keep the children busy.

We stayed here 3 nights in July. The grounds are nice with many amenities such as pool, playground and even a catch and release fishing pond. We stayed in space 18 and it was well wooded with a fire pit ring and a picnic table. It was very quiet and peaceful except for a few neighbors dogs off the campground area. Our site was not level but our RV only took a few blocks to level it out. Plenty of room for our 27’ RV and a towed Jeep. One of the highlights was the Saturday morning homemade cinnamon rolls. They were delightful. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. Out of the 88 spaces, 37 were rented to full time tenants. The showers and bathrooms were cleaned 2X a day. Convenient location for visiting the lake and surrounding areas. We would love to come back if we were in the area again.
