Just like all private owned campgrounds, campsights are very cramped. They have you stacked in like sardines, I guess every square inch of space is utilized to make as much money as possible. That being said seems that everything is taken care of, seemed very clean. During our stay it was not very crowded, I definitely wouldn’t wanna be there on a sold out weekend. Bath houses were very well taken care of and clean, super private bathrooms. Now to my biggest complaint, the jumpy pillows are extremely dangerous. I took my 3 year old daughter to them and although she loved it I was afraid for her Saftey. There was probably 20 kids on it and not an adult in sight. So they was wild, throwing rocks, doing flips and somersaults on it exactly everything the sign says your not supposed to do. Why is it I’m the only parent that is concerned for child’s Saftey, I witnessed one adult come by on golf cart and drop off 4 kids all looked to be 5-8 years old and just leave. Needless to say I wouldn’t let my child play on them after that. I think I’ll stick to my state parks

Hot and boring in April. -It was 79 degrees, sunny and very warm- kids would have had a blast if they opened the splash pads. But alas, they won’t open until Memorial Day. -We went there specifically because our son likes to fish, only to find out after spending a hot day without a fish in sight that they “will be restocking the fish pond in two weeks.” -The putt putt area really needed some shade trees (and golf balls). -Can’t buy firewood in the evenings. -Overall, I could see it being fun during the summer, but other than that, this Jellystone is not a destination place in itself, especially since campers are on top of each other here.
