Everyone was amazing! We had rented another storage unit and we’re not able to access that on the morning that we needed to move my dad and we’re not able to get into that unit or get a hold of anyone who could help us. So we came to Affordable Storage and Christina was amazing and had us all set up with the unit that we needed in 10 minutes and we were able to love my dad’s stuff that day! Both Christina and Marcy have given us amazing customer service and we will definitely use them again if the need arises!

I have been storing there for while now, and honestly I don't know why I have kept giving them my money, The owner lady or whom ever she is, she has ALWAYSSS Been SOOO rude, she neverrrr smiles. Her tone is soo rude to people. They have UPPED the rent there which is B.S she is Money hungry that is for sure. I have FINALLY taken my stuff else where bc she doesn't deserve the business. Maybe if she gave a little respect to those giving her business she would still have mine.

This facility is not recommended by me at all ! I rented a unit for 13 months , my brother had one for a year , also my mom and sister& i had even recommended it to a couple friends of mine ! After all this time and recommendations they didnt want me there because they got a complaint from a" warehouse worker" who was attempting to leave the facility before i had gone through the gate on my code! Well its simple facts people , no tailgating ! Well i simply stood there and waited for the gate to shut completely, well this person didnt have any patience at all ! Again I was informed that this was an employee of the facility! Well i stood there and had argued that they could leave the facility on their own code , not mine ! He got heated and angry and so did I , i stood my ground ! He then attempted to run me over with his vehicle ! I urge u to not rent from these people ! This person did not state who he was and he couldve been there to rob one of the units for all i knew ! And to leave the facility on my code ! If he was an employee of the place , he shouldve just been patient and wait his turn , but no he cussed me and attempted to run me over ! As a result the lady at the office said they watched the tape and said that i was wrong for doing so ! Well people , i am not wrong and i have been asked to leave the facility ! They areno good people and business , & i will be turning them in to the BBB& possibly the police !
